Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, Inc., seeks a full-time Electrician in Lithia Springs, Georgia. The role performs electrical tasks under supervision, reads construction drawings, terminates cables, and troubleshoots control wiring from drawings.

Candidates must have 4 years of commercial electrical field experience, a High School Diploma or GED, OSHA 10 or ability to obtain it, and pass pre-employment and MVR checks. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 4 years recent commercial electrical field experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain.
• Pre-employment background check and MVR check when operating motor vehicles will be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all electrical tasks with general supervision.
• Reads and interprets construction electrical drawings, terminates cables, installs and troubleshoots control wiring from drawings.
• Monitors work in progress and reports variances in a timely manner.
• Completes other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Works from all types of ladders.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
