Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Commercial Electrician for a 6-month contract at a new construction site in Upper Sandusky, OH. The role involves installation of conduit and wiring, including galvanized materials, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Hours are 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime as the project progresses. OSHA 10 and lift certification are required, along with 1.5+ years of commercial electrical experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in electrical work including conduit installation and wire pulling.
• Lift certification is necessary.
• Ability to work at heights with safety harnesses.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.
• 1.5+ years of commercial electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical conduit and wire using galvanized materials (3/4 and 1 inch; some pipe up to 2 inches).
• Pull wire and manage cable trays.
• Work at heights with safety harnesses.
• Wear PPE including Type II Hardhat with chinstrap, cut level 4 gloves, and ankle-high steel boots.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Engage in safety training and maintain organized work area.
