Job summary

Skillforce is hiring Commercial Electricians for ongoing project work in Richmond, Virginia. You will install conduit, wire, panels, and troubleshoot on active commercial construction sites including schools, hospitals, and commercial buildings.

This is first-shift, full-time work with weekly pay and potential overtime. You must have two or more years of commercial electrical experience, read blueprints, own a standard set of tools, and be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of commercial electrical experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently from prints.
• Own a standard set of electrician hand tools.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, wire, and panels on active commercial sites.
• Troubleshoot commercial circuits and correct issues on site.
• Land terminations and make up connections.
• Work with general contractors and other trades on schools, hospitals, and office/retail buildouts.
