Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Electrician OR 3–7 years related experience acceptable.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Layout, install, repair or replace electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures per job specs.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems for safety and code compliance.
• Diagnose malfunctions with test equipment and correct issues.
• Test circuits to ensure safety and compatibility.
• Use testing equipment including circuit tracers, volt meters, megger and ohmmeters.
• Install panel boards, transformers and motor control centers.
