Job summary

Outsource is seeking an Apprentice Electrician in Sterling, VA for immediate hire. 2+ years of experience in electrical installations in a commercial setting is desired. Virginia Electrical License is required and you must provide your own tools and PPE.

Tasks include conduit work, wiring, terminations, and equipment connections. Compensation starts at $15–$30/hr DOE with weekly pay, and options for Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and 401K enrollment.

Qualifications

• Virginia Electrical License is required.
• 2+ years of commercial electrical installation experience.
• Familiar with the NEC codes.
• Own tools and PPE (safety gear) required.
• Experience reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Cut, bend, thread and run electrical conduit.
• Pull wiring through electrical conduit.
• Terminate electrical panels, fixtures, outlets, and devices.
• Install and connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, and other components.
