Qualifications

• Valid State of Michigan Apprenticeship License is required.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a clean driving record and a current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Installing electrical wiring, raceways, and conduit systems for commercial buildings.
• Assisting in installing various lighting systems, including LED, fluorescent, and emergency lighting.
• Installing and wiring electrical panels, breakers, and other control systems.
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed and the job site is hazard-free.
• Working from electrical blueprints and schematics to ensure proper installations.
• Helping to guide and mentor less experienced apprentices.
• Assisting with the ordering and organizing of materials for the job.
