Walker Engineering, Inc. is actively hiring experienced Apprentice Electricians (E4–E5) for commercial projects across the DFW Metro and Houston areas. You will work alongside Journeymen and Master Electricians to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on commercial sites.

The role requires 4+ years of commercial electrical experience, an active TDLR Electrical Apprentice Card, and a valid license. Expect a strong safety culture, mentorship, and clear career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active TDLR Electrical Apprentice Card required.
• E4 level or higher.
• At least 4 years of commercial electrical experience.
• Valid driver's license or State ID.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with layout and installation of electrical systems.
• Pull wire, bend conduit, and install fixtures.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Support less experienced apprentices when needed.
• Follow all site safety procedures—no work on energized circuits.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
