Job Description

The role involves installation, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems and equipment across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver high-quality, efficient work aligned with Merit Electrical Group's mission.
• Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures.
• Set up various raceway and cable tray systems.
• Troubleshoot motor and control systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems.
• Follow all safety and quality codes.
• Use proper safety habits and care for tools and equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specifications.
• Instruct and supervise apprentices and assistants.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 4 years of electrical experience.
• Knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in mathematical calculations.
