Job summary

Pitt Electric in Greenville, NC is seeking an Electrical Helper to support field crews with conduit installation, wire pulling, and basic wiring tasks. The candidate should be able to read simple plans and blueprints and work under general supervision.

The role includes installing raceways, panels, transformers, and devices, plus underground rough-ins. You will join a team and must follow safety requirements on site.

Qualifications

• Must have valid NC driver's license and ability to commute to jobsite.
• High School diploma / GED/ or equivalent work training.
• 3 Years previous commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Must wear steel toe boots and other PPE.

Responsibilities

• Read plans and basic blueprint knowledge and layout from field sketches.
• Be able to run conduit and pull wire.
• Install basic wiring, advanced raceway, power poles, rigid, panels, and devices.
• Terminate panels, transformer, motor terminations.
• Install underground rough-in materials.
• Assist in other areas as needed and work with 2 helpers.
• Understand and follow safety requirements.

Exhibits complete and thorough knowledge of all skills generally attributed to the electrical helper and possesses
