Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial electrical experience (preferred).
• State Apprentice License (if required by your state).
• Familiarity with current NEC codes.
• Experience installing and maintaining electrical systems in commercial or industrial environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems.
• Must own basic hand tools for electrical work.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Reading blueprints and wiring schematics to execute tasks accurately.
• Bending pipe, pulling wire, running conduit, and installing outlets and fixtures.
• Coordinating with other trades on job sites to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment — always putting safety first.
• Participating in company training programs to stay up to date with evolving code and technology.
• Following detailed instructions and maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
• Representing Nextech with a positive, can-do attitude at every site.
