LumaNation Electric is seeking a Commercial Electrical Service Manager in Prosper, TX to lead a fast-growing commercial service division, bridging high-level operational management with expert field leadership to build scalable service systems and profitable growth.

You will mentor technicians, drive client relationships, review division profitability, and uphold a culture of accountability and technical excellence while aligning with company-wide standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License.
• 8+ years of professional electrical experience, focused on commercial installations and troubleshooting.
• Strong physical and technical ability to operate a service vehicle and perform field diagnostics.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and independently resolve operational emergencies.
• Experience providing quotes and proposals on service projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily dispatching, scheduling, and deployment of service technicians.
• Diagnose complex commercial electrical failures during onboarding and evaluate field workflows.
• Formulate quotes, time-and-material estimates, and standardized pricing metrics.
• Maximize divisional profitability by auditing labor rates, inventory, and material controls.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships to expand recurring service agreements.
• Review division profit and loss statements to drive strategic adjustments.

• Location: Prosper, Texas (40% travel required)

How You Will Make An Impact

• Direct the daily dispatching, scheduling, and deployment of service technicians to optimize response times.
• Diagnose complex commercial electrical failures during the initial onboarding period to evaluate field workflow inefficiencies.
• Formulate accurate service quotes, time-and-material estimates, and standardized pricing metrics to protect financial margins.
• Maximize divisional profitability by auditing billable labor rates, truck inventory levels, and material controls.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships to expand recurring service agreements and repeat commercial business.
• Review service division profit and loss statements to drive strategic, data-backed operational adjustments.
• Instill a culture of strict accountability, high professionalism, and technical mastery across your entire field team.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Active and valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License.
• 8+ years of professional electrical experience, focused heavily on commercial installations and troubleshooting.
• Strong physical and technical ability to operate a service vehicle and execute field diagnostics during onboarding.
• Demonstrated capacity to stay calm under pressure and independently resolve fast-moving operational emergencies.
• Prior experience providing quotes and proposals on service projects.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing field crews or a service department cost center.
• High proficiency with digital service platforms, including dispatch coordination, estimating, and accounting software.
• Proven track record of managing inventory standards, controlling material shrinkage, and evaluating financial margins.
• Experience developing structured standard operating procedures to improve workforce productivity and client retention.
