Qualifications

• Journeyman-level electrical background with strong commercial project experience.
• Experience in electrical PM, assistant PM, foreman, superintendent, or project lead roles.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and project documents.
• Knowledge of NEC standards and safe work practices.
• Reliable transportation to the Leesburg/Northern Virginia area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate commercial electrical project activity with field crews.
• Review drawings, schedules, and project documentation.
• Help plan manpower, materials, sequencing, safety, quality, and priorities.
• Track project progress and resolve field issues.
• Support code-compliant installation standards and documentation.
