Job summary

Essel is urgently seeking experienced commercial drywall tapers for a Walmart tenant improvement (TI) project. Qualified candidates will specialize in commercial drywall finishing and achieve a Level 5 drywall finish.

Responsibilities include completing full-wall finishing, taping, mudding, and preparing surfaces for painting. Night shifts (Sunday-Thursday) are required and punctuality, reliability, and team collaboration are essential for success on this fast-paced build.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with commercial drywall finishing.
• Ability to consistently achieve a Level 5 finish.
• Must have the necessary tools and equipment for professional drywall finishing.
• Experience with large-scale commercial or retail projects preferred.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a crew.
