Job summary

Precision Walls is seeking a Sales/Estimator to join our team in Savannah. You will develop estimates, present feasibility studies, and read schematics and blueprints to support client proposals.

A strong customer service orientation and ability to work with architects and contractors are essential. You will collaborate with the team to secure repeat business, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with building codes.

Qualifications

• Commercial drywall construction background required.
• Excellent communication in person, verbal and written.
• Strong multi-tasking and growth mindset.
• Ability to form strong relationships to generate repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively as part of a team and understand sales and negotiating techniques.
• Develop and deliver presentations.
• Develop and present building estimates and feasibility studies.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and/or technical manuals.
• Maintain technical knowledge of building components and their function.
