Job summary

The Misch Group in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator with 3–5 years of commercial drywall experience. This role blends estimating accuracy with proactive project leadership, using OnCenter and Quickbid to drive winning bids.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and client relations while collaborating with internal teams to ensure scope and deadlines are met. A degree in Construction Management is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in commercial drywall estimating and project management.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, specs, and drawings and to visualize construction methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise takeoffs and estimates for drywall, metal stud, and acoustical ceiling projects.
• Develop material and labor cost estimates and manage bids with project teams.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, maintain client relationships, and oversee contract negotiations.
