Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead our construction projects from initiation through completion. You will supervise on-site activities, ensure compliance with contract documents, and coordinate with estimators, superintendents, vendors, and the purchasing department to keep projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the trade, strong organizational and accounting mindset, and solid computer skills to manage costs and schedules effectively.

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience in the construction trade.
• Detail oriented with an accounting mindset—know your costs.
• Excellent organizational skills—ability to sequence and order work.
• Proficient with standard computer tools and construction software.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and supervising assigned construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee all aspects of day to day activity of the job.
• Ensure the work is built in accordance with the contract documents.
• Receive hand-offs from estimating department.
• Administer budgets, contracts, material and equipment.
• Team learner and leader - must have growth mindset.
• Dedicated to safety, quality, schedule and customer service.
• Perform contract preparation, on-site coordination quality control and tracking costs.
• Work with Superintendents, vendors and purchasing department to assure material coordination and accuracy.

Requirements / Experience

• At least five year’s (5) experience in the trade.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus.
• Detail driven with an accounting mindset – “Know your costs”.
• Excellent organizational skills – sequences and order.
• Computer and technology savvy.
