Job summary

Fannin Construction Inc. is actively seeking skilled Commercial Drywall & Metal Framing Installers to join our on-site team in Lancaster, PA. This full-time W-2 role focuses on metal stud framing, drywall hanging/finishing, and supporting interior build-outs for commercial renovations.

You will work under a foreman/project manager, coordinating with trades to uphold schedules, safety, and quality while contributing to successful project completions across Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial drywall or metal framing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial framing, carpentry, and drywall installation techniques.
• Experience with drywall finishing, plastering, remodeling, or commercial interior build-outs.
• Ability to read construction drawings and use layout tools.
• Familiarity with commercial construction safety requirements.
• Reliable transportation to assigned project locations.
• Apprenticeship or vocational construction training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install non-load-bearing commercial metal stud framing, tracks, and related components.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install drywall and framing systems.
• Hang, tape, finish, and repair gypsum wallboard.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and layouts.
• Assist with acoustical ceiling systems and related interior finishes as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas.
• Follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain professional workmanship through project completion.

Role Description

Position: Commercial Drywall & Metal Framing Installer

Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and surrounding project locations

Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee

Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience

Fannin Construction Inc. is seeking skilled and dependable Commercial Drywall & Metal Framing Installers to join our growing construction team.

This full-time, on-site position involves installing metal stud framing systems, hanging and finishing drywall, and supporting commercial renovation and interior build-out projects.

Employees will work under the direction of the company's foreman/project manager and coordinate with other trades to maintain project schedules, quality standards, and jobsite safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Install non-load-bearing commercial metal stud framing, tracks, and related components.
