The Role:

As a Construction Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our projects from the start. You'll work closely with our clients and project teams to prepare detailed estimates and provide insight that helps ensure our projects stay on time and on budget. Your ability to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and build strong client relationships will make you an invaluable part of our estimating team.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in construction estimating within the drywall industry (or other relevant commercial construction experience).
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, specs, and estimating software (e.g., Procore, On-screen Takeoff, QuickBid).
• Exceptional communication skills and a personable, customer-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for balancing precision with a sense of urgency.
