Job summary

iGPS Logistics, LLC in Fishers, IN is seeking a dedicated Class A CDL driver to join our depot-to-customer route team. You will receive daily work assignments, pick up and deliver pallets, and start and finish from our depot while maintaining clear communication with operations about arrivals, departures, and load details.

The job requires pre- and post-trip inspections, safety compliance, and the ability to operate an automatic tandem tractor with 53-foot trailers.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma; 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Class A CDL with current medical card.
• Ability to operate an automatic tandem tractor and pull 53-foot trailers.
• Must perform pre- and post-trip inspections and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Get daily work assignments from operations.
• Pickup and deliver pallets to customers daily (live or drop/hook).
• Driver starts and finishes from the depot.
• Communicate with operations at each customer (arrival, departure, load info, issues).
• Slide trailer tandem and chalk wheels at customer and depot.
• Visually inspect cargo after loading at customer site.
• Verify Bill of Lading details (shipper, consignee, quantity).
• Submit paperwork to depot (BOLs, fuel receipts, maintenance receipts).
• Enter all data in the ELD and fuel with fluids as needed.
• Pre- and post-trip truck and trailer daily checks.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Majority of time will be spent on the road in a truck. Must be able to lift to 10 lbs, push and pull up to 12 lbs, lift, stand and carry consistently, have proper hearing, vision and speech capabilities. Can wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Hearing protection, safety glasses, goggles, or shields).
