Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking Commercial Door Technicians and Installers in Santa Fe, NM.

No experience required; we offer paid training, a company truck after training, fuel coverage, and tool/boot allowances to help you start a rewarding career in our 100-year-old family-owned business. You will install/repair commercial doors and dock hardware, identify sales opportunities, and maintain job paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude for doors and dock equipment.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required.
• Paid training provided to learn products and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial doors and dock hardware, including but not limited to rolling steel doors, high-speed doors, sectional doors and dock levelers/equipment
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record
