DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Door Installer for the Overhead Door Company of Des Moines. You will install and service a range of commercial doors and hardware, ensuring safety and quality with every job. A strong team mindset and reliable driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic mechanical skills and proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial doors including sectional doors, rolling steel doors, and specialty doors.
• Ensure installations comply with company standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team to meet installation goals and deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries during installations.
• Maintain tools and equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Document and report installation activities and site conditions.
• Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial door and hardware; identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Operate safely at all times while performing duties.
