Qualifications

• Experience installing commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
• Knowledge of automatic doors, access control systems, or locksmith work.
• Ability to read tape measures and construction drawings.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools.
• Must lift 50+ pounds; comfortable on ladders or lifts.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair commercial doors and hardware.
• Install hollow metal doors, wood doors, storefront doors, and aluminum frames.
• Install and adjust door closers, panic hardware, hinges, locks, and electronic access systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and installation instructions.
• Ensure doors are properly aligned, secured, and operating safely.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other jobsite equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
