Location:

Hours: Monday - Friday10:00am to 7:00pm ET (7:00am - 4:00pm PT)

Location: Hybrid – In-office 2 days per week after training

Essential Job Function

  • Prepares loan document packages and ensures all documents are present to ensure Bank’s position
  • Interprets and develops documents for collateral associated with complex commercial loans
  • Identifies simple contradictions in documentation requests and seeks resolution
  • Facilitates simple validation of borrowing entity
  • Regularly works in various systems and image-enabled work queues to ensure timely processing of tasks.
  • Accurately identifies and indexes task-related documents.
  • Responds to internal customers’ basic questions and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Demonstrates commitment to continuous improvement
  • Researches requests to a correct conclusion and effectively communicates the results
  • Attends and participates in document preparation classes and other related developmental trainings
  • Applies knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Consults with internal client partners and applies discretionary judgment to accommodate documentation inquiries
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of commercial loan documentation and regulations, as well as knowledge/experience of the loan accounting systems, monetary processing, and some system maintenance functions.
  • Assists in training new colleagues
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of commercial loan documentation experience in a high-volume processing operations role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required. College degree preferred
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle high transaction volumes independently and accurately to meet production goals
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform with a high degree of speed and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills to works well with others in a fully developed team environment
  • Open-minded and adaptable to new ideas in a changing environment
  • Ability to identify issues and demonstration of basic analytical, research, and problem-resolution skills
  • Moderate knowledge of banking policies, procedures, government regulations
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications, utilizing resources to solve routine challenges
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in decision making
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications – including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Proficiency in the following systems is preferred: Hogan, ALS, CLS/CL3, LoanIQ, LaserPro, nCino, CWA, Lotus Notes, CRINT, SBU

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
