Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Display Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive the growth and development of our commercial display business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts, including distribution partners, resellers, SIs, Pro-AVs, and NSPs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within partner channels.
  • Achieve sales targets and execute go-to-market strategies, with regular tracking and reporting to ensure sustained growth.
  • Manage forecast accuracy and optimize inventory levels for both channels and Hisense.
  • Address overstocks and aged inventory proactively to prevent returns.
  • Lead joint partner planning processes to set mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
  • Foster excellent communication to manage potential channel conflicts internally and externally.
  • Proactively recruit new qualifying partners and resellers.
  • Monitor and report on competitive products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Represent Hisense B2B at customer meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and events.
  • Handle administrative tasks with support from internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in commercial display products.
  • Strong understanding of commercial display products and technologies (Large Format Displays, Interactive Flat Panels, DVLED, etc.).
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships and account processes.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and sales.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and execution skills, with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels, both inside and outside the company.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
  • Competency in reviewing detailed product development, marketing documents, and media materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the market.
