Job summary

Trinity Employment Specialists in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Development Project Manager to oversee commercial development from site acquisition through construction.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of zoning and entitlements, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and engineering consultants.

The position is full-time and exempt, with a pay range of $109,000–$137,000 Total Cash Compensation (DOE).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, land development, commercial construction, or development project management.
• Experience managing commercial development projects from site acquisition through construction.
• Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, entitlements, and municipal approval processes.
• Working knowledge of civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, and site development.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Experience coordinating engineering consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong project management, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial development projects through all phases.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and development strategies.
• Coordinate zoning, entitlements, permitting, and regulatory approvals.
• Manage civil, geotechnical, surveying, utility, and permitting consultants.
• Review engineering plans for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Coordinate with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
• Evaluate engineering solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead project meetings with engineering, construction, and development teams.
• Travel to project sites during development and construction.
