Your key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and realize the sales strategy and plan for the designated customer account(s) in alignment with functional guidelines and business (segment) strategy and strategic marketing plan.
• Secure new business deals that maximize the short- and long-term revenue and profitability of DSM Biomedical.
• Directly responsible for managing customer relationships with assigned and prospective customers.
• Actively realize sales with assigned and prospective customer accounts in line with agreed budgets and operational pricing boundaries.
• Develop a list of business prospects to identify and deliver long term growth expectations to achieve expected revenue contribution.

This position is a US Home-based role. The position can be located in the eastern or central time zones of the United States. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $153,300 - $210,000.

You bring

• Minimum 8 years of direct sales experience in medical device, contract manufacturing and/or thermoplastics industry required.
• Experience in Business-to-Business sales.
• In-depth knowledge of Medical Device industry and business development experience.
• Knowledge of polymer processing, biomaterials and/or coatings required.
• Your finger on the pulse of the customer.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
