Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a delivery driver in St. Louis, MO who can manage box, flatbed, and pickup trucks. The role requires DOT compliance, pre/post-trip inspections, and careful documentation of routes and maintenance.

You will operate forklifts for loading/unloading and work closely with the warehouse team to keep shipments on schedule, emphasize safety, and maintain accurate records for every delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid Class E Driver’s License or higher.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience operating box and flatbed trucks.
• Forklift skills: stand-up reach and counterbalance.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy loads.
• Team-oriented communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate box, flatbed, and pickup trucks to move goods to scheduled destinations.
• Run pre-trip and post-trip inspections for roadworthiness and compliance.
• Conduct DOT and equipment inspections per standards.
• Load/unload with stand-up reach or counterbalance forklift and stock dock.
• Follow traffic laws and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain delivery documentation and vehicle maintenance records.
• Collaborate with warehouse teammates on inventory and dock organization.
