Essential Functions

• Identify and communicate to Commercial Loan Officers the financial, tax, and other documents required to complete accurate cash flow and financial credit analysis.
• Assist in the interpretation of financial data obtained from borrowers and guarantors.
• Complete and document audits of new credit and loan files.
• Establish, monitor, test, and report the outcomes of covenant requirements and annual reviews.
• Assist the Department in small business loan requests, designing and building more efficient and higher quality operating processes.

Education & Experience

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Required: 3–5 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Preferred: Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

Experience with credit analysis and monitoring of commercial loan portfolio. Ability to conduct financial and cash flow analysis.
