Job summary

ZURU is seeking a commercially savvy Business Analyst to join our fast-paced team in Rogers, Arkansas. You will own end-to-end trade performance reporting, support retailer range reviews, and evaluate promotional ROI across our consumer goods and toy brands, turning data into actionable decisions.

You will build dashboards, partner with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, and act as the single source of truth for sales data, helping fuel ZURU's growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Essential Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables) and ability to build clean, insight-led PowerPoint slides.
• Curious, commercial mindset with ability to derive stories from numbers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear communicator who can translate data for non-analysts.
• Interest in FMCG/retail or consumer data.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc trade performance reporting across key retail customers.
• Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards tracking sell-out, distribution, share of shelf, and promo uplift.
• Monitor KPIs vs targets; identify risks/opportunities; present findings to the commercial team.
• Act as the single source of truth for the portfolio's sales data and ensure consistency in reporting.
