Job summary

Premier Cooperative in Wisconsin seeks an outdoor-focused applicant to operate and maintain application equipment for crop protection products, fertilizer, lime, and other agronomic inputs, ensuring safe handling and regulatory compliance. You will complete accurate records, assist with inventory and warehouse activities, and support customers with safety and service.

CDL preferred; Commercial Applicator License preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to lift 50 pounds

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Agricultural background or experience preferred but not required.
  • CDL or ability to obtain a CDL preferred.
  • Commercial Applicator License or ability to obtain required certifications.
  • Ability to safely operate equipment and work independently.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain application equipment for crop protection products, fertilizer, lime, and other agronomic inputs.
  • Safely handle, mix, load, and transport agricultural products while following company, state, and federal regulations.
  • Complete application records and required documentation accurately and timely.
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections on equipment and facilities.
  • Assist with agronomy operations including product receiving, inventory management, and warehouse activities.
  • Support customers and coworkers with a strong commitment to safety and service.
