Job summary

Bluestone Bank is seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst to analyze financial data and assess creditworthiness of commercial clients. The role includes underwriting loan requests, extending credit to business clients, and performing financial analysis on the loan portfolio.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in business/finance/accounting and 2+ years of credit analysis or 1 year as a Jr. Commercial Credit Analyst; strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting.
• Two or more years of credit analysis experience, or at least one year as a Jr. Commercial Credit Analyst.
• Good financial analytical abilities; detail oriented.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes loan data and financial information on new, renewal and existing loans.
• Completes Credit Memo/Underwriting of requests for commercial credit and related services.
• Prepares spreadsheets, reports, summaries and opinions for Bank Officers.
• Assigns risk ratings to each borrower.
• Provides technical support to loan officers as needed.
