Qualifications

• Experience underwriting commercial credits and monitoring portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new credit requests and modifications from screen through approval and life of loan.
• Monitor ongoing credit risk with CCM activities and timely risk rating updates.
• Review financial statements, tax returns and due diligence for commercial transactions.
• Prepare credit analyses with independent quality assessment and risk mitigants.
• Recommend deal structure and scenarios including base and downside cases.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and manage portfolio risk throughout lifecycle.
• Prepare cash flow, covenant sensitivity, and guarantor analyses.
• Attend client calls to understand business and assess credit-worthiness.
• Present findings and credit opinions during discussions or committees.
• Ensure compliance with credit policy and risk/regulatory standards.
