Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related discipline required.
• Level I: 1+ year in a commercial lending support or credit analyst role.
• Level II: 3+ years in commercial credit underwriting with financial statement and cash flow analysis.
• Accounting and financial analysis skills developed through education and work experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist Commercial Bankers in underwriting credits and portfolio management.
• Prepare financial spreads and cash flow analyses for loan requests, renewals and reviews.
• Monitor loan covenants and document delivery for closings.
• Interact with clients to collect financial information and respond to inquiries.
• Support monthly draws and property appraisals as applicable.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and bank policies.
