Job description

Reports To: SVP Commercial Credit Manager

Location: Grandview Main Office

FLSA: Exempt

Summary

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Analyzes applicant financial status, credit, and collateral evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loans for recommendation.
  • Examines, evaluates, and recommends risk rating and loan decision based on analysis
  • Prepares Credit Offering Reports and Term Sheets (with Lender assistance).
  • Notify loan operations when a loan has been decisioned
  • Compiles executed Credit Offering Reports for submitting to loan specialist for booking.
  • Collaborates with Lenders managing matured loans.
  • Contributes with Lenders on Account Monitoring Plans for accounts and/or relationships.
  • Conducts market or industry research when needed.

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. One to three years of experience in credit analysis and loan underwriting in a financial institution or equivalent experience in loan review, auditing, or financial analysis required.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge Microsoft office products including Word and Excel.
