Ideal candidate has 12+ years in commercial contracting with state/local government experience, strong drafting skills, and the ability to implement efficient processes with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial contracting experience with a focus on state and local government.
• Experience drafting and negotiating government contracts with agencies, counties, cities, and school districts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft agreements with state and local government customers.
• Negotiate and draft agreements with vendors and consultants.
• Audit contracts for renewal deadlines and ongoing requirements.
• Design, maintain, and improve contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks.
