Job description

Working as part of a small team ensures that the remit will offer constant variety on a day-to-day basis. There will be a wide range of commercial contracts covering anything from services, sales and distribution, through to technology and IP. There will also be queries with advisory input needed on areas such as construction, company secretarial, regulatory, and financing matters.

The client believes that an individual with at least 8 years' PQE would be well suited to the role, but applications from all levels will be considered on merit. You must possess extensive experience drafting contracts and providing legal advice, ideally within a regulated sector and preferably 'hard-hat' in nature (e.g., utilities, infrastructure, transport, construction, etc.).
