Gulfeagle Supply is seeking a Commercial Coordinator in Fresno, CA to prepare commercial roofing project quotes and coordinate material orders and deliveries. You will work with sales to close business at each Branch within the assigned Region, ensuring timely quotes and inventory readiness.

The role requires strong administrative abilities, dependable work ethic, and excellent communication with sales teams, customers, manufacturers, vendors, and management.

COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR

JOB SUMMARY:

The Commercial Coordinator is responsible for preparing commercial roofing project quotes for contractors as well as ordering materials for different projects and coordinating commercial deliveries. Works with sales to drive business closures for each Branch within the assigned Region.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Preparing commercial roofing quotes
2. Ordering Materials
3. Sends leads to salespeople
4. Coordinating truckload deliveries with branches
5. Job Tracking
6. Preparing monthly report of quotes for Regional Manager
7. Online Tool Sales
8. Inventory Management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Well organized person with strong administrative and good interpersonal skills. A person who is very dependable, and who can work independently.

Education and Experience:

• At least two years of experience in commercial roofing industry required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience in Microsoft Products including Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Adobe PDF documents and editing
• Exceptional organizational skills required
• Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people including salespersons, customers, manufacturers, vendors, and Management
