Commercial Contracts Attorney (Contract, Remote)

Latitude is seeking an experienced commercial contracts attorney for a remote in-house opportunity with a global client. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. Familiarity with international commercial laws—particularly those applicable in the EU and UK—is strongly preferred. Experience in the gaming industry or adjacent sectors is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic in-house legal team supporting global operations.

Requirements for the Commercial Contracts Attorney:

• 3+ years of commercial contracts experience
• Strong understanding of US commercial contract laws and regulations and preferably some understanding of EU/Irish/UK laws and regulations
• Ability to be business focused and commercially pragmatic while drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones
• Strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the US
• Outstanding professional references

Position Details:

Compensation:

Annualized pay ranges from $170,000 to $190,000 for full-time equivalent. Contract pay is based on experience, qualifications, market factors, and candidate preferences.
