Job summary

CMC, part of Amoria Group, in the US is seeking a commercially minded Commercial Contracts Consultant at the start of their career. The role focuses on commercial and operational contracts, not legal work, with exposure to negotiation and how businesses operate.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and senior leadership, supporting contract reviews through to execution and storage, while learning about risk and practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, Commercial Management or related discipline.
• Interest in business, commercial agreements, negotiation and how companies operate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end contract process across the US business from initial review through negotiation, approval and execution.
• Review MSAs, SOWs, client terms, amendments, contractor agreements and other commercial documentation.
• Work with Sales and internal stakeholders to understand contractual requirements and ensure timely progression.
