Pogue Construction is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to lead on commercial projects. You will manage scheduling, coordinate with the Project Manager and subs, and oversee on-site construction activities with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years as an Assistant Superintendent on commercial sites.
• Experience coordinating with project managers and subs.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction from start to finish on assigned projects.
• Collaborate daily with the Project Manager.
• Contribute to pre-construction meetings and planning.
• Maintain and update the project schedule.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings.
• Enforce safety guidelines on site.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Monitor materials delivery and performance.
