HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent focused on Mission Critical data center projects. You will direct on-site operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate multiple trades across complex scopes.
Successful candidates will have a four-year degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in commercial construction, and proven field leadership on data center or Mission Critical programs. Travel and extended assignments are required.

A Traveling Superintendent directs on-site operations for Mission Critical construction projects in accordance with the project schedule and HITT’s safety and quality standards. This individual serves as the primary field leader, coordinating project teams, subcontractors, clients, vendors, and commissioning partners. This position will initially support a data center project in Colorado Springs and requires extensive travel based on project needs.
In accordance with California’s Labor Code Section 432.3, the base salary range for this position is: $108,900.00 - $165,770.00
Compensation in other cities and states may vary.
The determination of salary is based on the candidate’s individual professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.
