Job summary

United Contractor Services is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of national projects, coordinating with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of commercial construction experience, proficiency in layout, and strong blueprint interpretation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial construction experience, including prior experience as a superintendent.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide to project sites as needed.
• Proficiency in layout of complex construction projects.
• Strong reading of blueprints, architectural plans, and structural drawings.
• Proven experience managing and maintaining project schedules.
• Excellent communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Comfortable using technology and cloud-based reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate daily with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow.
• Lead and supervise construction crews with direction and accountability.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to support our clients across the United States and help deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial construction experience, including prior experience as a superintendent


• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide to project sites as needed


• Proficiency in layout of complex construction projects


• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural plans, and structural drawings


• Proven experience managing and maintaining project schedules


• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality


• Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams


• OSHA 30 certification required


• Comfortable using technology and cloud-based reporting systems (training and tools provided)
