Responsibilities

• Manage complex singular or multiple projects from initial planning to completion
• Oversee subcontractors, staff, and suppliers for all projects
• Supervise quality and safety programs
• Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings
• Work closely with Project Manager to create, implement and maintain the project's schedule

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of experience in Commercial Construction
• 8+ Years of Field Supervision experience is REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar is preferred but not required
• Must be very detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be comfortable working with a team on multiple projects
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be willing to travel
