Job summary

D & H Construction, LLC is seeking a Commercial Construction Field Superintendent to provide hands-on field supervision for ongoing projects. You will direct supervision of crews, subcontractors, and assistants, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

You will interface with clients, review blueprints, and manage project documentation. Strong leadership, communication skills, and Procore/Google Docs familiarity are essential; a U.S.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Procore and Google Docs preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor project teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially with clients and subcontractors.
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
• Pre-employment drug screening as part of safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous hands-on field supervision for all construction operations.
• Direct supervision of assistants, foremen, craftspeople, subcontractors and related personnel.
• Interface successfully with clients and all parties on a project; read & understand blueprints.
• Organize and maintain project contract documents; supervise punch lists and ensure safety.

We are growing our team and looking for the right person to join our work family.

As a Commercial Construction Field Superintendent, you will provide continuous hands-on field supervision for all construction operations. Direct supervision of assistants, foreman, craftsman, subcontractors, and other construction related personnel directing them in the planning, coordination and execution of work on time, within budget, achieving high standards of workmanship, attaining or exceeding profit goals, maintaining a safe workplace, promoting and enhancing client relationships and the company image. Must have the ability to interface successfully with clients and all parties involved with a particular project(s). Inspection of construction including cluttered areas, climbing ladders, working in bad weather, hazardous areas and dark conditions. Ability to complete punch list items, finish drywall, paint, work with ACT (Including ceiling tiles), minor repairs, etc. Thoroughly understand, organize, and maintain all project contract documents on a regular basis. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Must have strong communication, organization and analytical skills. Other duties and responsibilities as required. Must have experience in commercial construction.

Monday through Friday. Weekends as needed.

Requirements:
