Modus Construction, LLC. is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects and guide site execution from mobilization through closeout.

You will manage daily jobsite activity, coordinate schedules, and maintain high standards for quality, safety, and productivity while communicating with clients and subcontractors to keep expectations aligned and issues resolved quickly.

What You'll Do

• Lead field operations on commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $100K to $15MM.
• Manage daily jobsite activity, coordinate schedules, and keep work moving safely, efficiently, and to plan.

What Success Looks Like

In the first 6 to 12 months, success in this role will look like:

• Running jobsites that are safe, organized, and productive from mobilization through closeout.
• Keeping project schedules on track and addressing field issues before they become costly delays.
• Building strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
• Consistently delivering work that meets Modus standards for quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Contributing to a field culture where team members feel supported, expectations are clear, and performance continues to improve.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced builder with a strong background in commercial construction field operations or supervision. The right person brings practical knowledge of construction methods and applicable codes, sound judgment in the field, and the leadership presence to keep teams aligned and moving forward. You should be comfortable communicating with clients and trade partners, solving problems in real time, and taking ownership of jobsite results. Hands-on experience with layout or survey work, computer proficiency, and a valid driver's license are important for success in this role.

Compensation And Benefits

Compensation for this role is $60,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience. Modus Construction also offers paid time off, holiday pay, a health insurance allowance, a company vehicle and fuel card, a company laptop, and ongoing training including OSHA certification.
