Modus Construction is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and the project team while mentoring field staff and maintaining organized worksites.

The role requires hands-on supervision, knowledge of construction methods and codes, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. A company vehicle, laptop, and ongoing OSHA training are provided.

• Proven field or supervisory experience in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and codes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
• Hands-on ability and familiarity with layout/survey work.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on projects ranging from $100K-$15MM.
• Oversee day-to-day jobsite activities, scheduling, and safety.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.
• Coach field staff and ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient worksites.
