Position Overview

The Commercial Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role requires strong leadership skills to coordinate teams, manage resources, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of construction sites and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, updating stakeholders on project status and any potential risks.
