Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of leadership on ground-up or TI jobs, strong Procore skills, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel regionally. OSHA 10 certification is required.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $115,000 – $120,000+ per year.
• Location: Orlando, FL (With Regional Travel & Out-of-Town Project Deployments).

• Project Scope: Ground-Up Commercial, Industrial, and Complex Tenant Improvements (TI).

You will serve as the premier field authority driving execution from mobilization through closeout across a diverse, high-visibility commercial portfolio. How You Will Make An Impact

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
• Proven track record managing ground-up commercial or complex tenant improvement projects.
• Strong technical proficiency utilizing Procore software for field administration.
• Valid driver's license and absolute willingness to travel for regional deployments.
• Current, verifiable OSHA 10 certification.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Possession of an active OSHA 30 certification or advanced safety training.
• Experience managing industrial construction project sequencing and specialized builds.
• Advanced technical proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
