Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning through handover. You will manage subcontractors, develop schedules, handle RFI submittals and OSHA safety standards, and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Proficiency in PROCORE and Viewpoint is highly desirable, with experience across hospitals, churches, retail, and education renovations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing projects and renovations in hospitals, churches, retail, and education sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction management and subcontractor practices.
• Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, and project management.
• Hands-on experience with PROCORE and Viewpoint.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Certifications such as CCM or PMP are advantageous.
