Role Description

The Commercial Construction Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in Melbourne, FL. This position is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, including coordinating subcontractors, managing construction schedules, and ensuring work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. The superintendent monitors site safety, conducts regular inspections, and enforces compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. The role includes tracking progress, assisting with budgeting and cost control, managing materials and equipment, and communicating regularly with project managers, owners, and inspectors.
